Papal Succession
For morality of the highest decree
Since before Luther's theses
You could turn to the catholic church
And high upon his perch
Adorned in earth's finest garments
Crowned by its finest pendants
Is the interpreter of divine morals
And the mediator of church quarrels
Cardinals, bishops, and other clergy
Owe allegiance to the pope's authority
For criminal law will not come between
The clergy and the genitals of a pre-teen
Or using the faithfuls hard earned tithes
To fund and profit on calcio bribes
The pontiffs abuse loyalty and trust
And ruin generations with their lust
And the holy pope sits and sighs
Unable to appease those children's cries
He can only protect those who molest
In honor and protection of the cross on his chest
I suspect Pope Benedict Arnold was cutting his losses
When he abandoned defending christ's causes
And all those children who lost their souls
Curse god for the power he gave those assholes
