The Conclave Will Find the Right Man for the Job and You Can't Go Anywhere

The Conclave Will Find the Right Man for the Job
Deliberate
Wait
Investigate
We must concern ourselves with his past and his present
We have been heavenly blessed to be hesistant
We must decide who will represent
God on earth

For what it is worth
Considering the church's girth
This decision cannot be made easy
The Cardinal chosen could not be sleazy
Our reasoning
Is that change in the church is necessary
Children will no longer be facing

Or be weary
Of what is most disgracing
A morality preached, dreary
The genitals of pre-teens
Will no longer tempt the doctrine
That priest's must deny what nature has seen
Often

No dirty war politics here
The ancient pope selected
Does not care
And can only find hectic
A world where scripture has been negated
And forced peptic
It is unusual and radical

No one is perfect I know
Knock me from my pedestal
But the god on earth you show
Must realize that good is illegible
The church's greatest foe
And its greatest fable
Is that god is willing

Rather, that god is able
And gets involved in earth's dealings
The god that he must appease
Seems hands off
And only cares to tease
And exploit human flaws
The new god on this planet

Will affect significant change
So let us choose, god damn it!

You Can't Go Anywhere
You can't go anywhere
She won't let you go
When you're tired
And when you are through
She'll keep running behind you
Driving that whip
Forcing you to adhere to her insecurity and weakness
Commanding that you comfort her in your tragedy
Feed her while you're starving
You can't go anywhere
She'll find you and ensure that you're there
To appease her
To do all she wants against your will
And all she orders you will do
