I'm not going home to Seattle this winter. This is my first ever Holiday Season not in Seattle. I didn't want it that way but that's how the world works. Winter Sadness....
That new Jay-Z is bangin'! I must admit, I'm not Jigga's biggest fan but this is the best commercial album I've heard in a good minute. Too bad it comes out 11 years too late. I mean he could have said a lot of the things he said on American Gangster on Reasonable Doubt. But great album nonetheless, at least he's saying some of the things he's saying.
School is going well and so is work. I'm still on my grind. Not being able to go back to Seattle is bothering me. I want to go home so bad, I miss that place. More than the air, trees, and yes even the weather I'm gonna miss seeing everyone back home for the holidays. Man that fucking sucks. The last few years have been eventful just hanging out gettin' juiced with the homies. But not this year. Maybe something might come up but as of now it doesn't look like I'll be going home anytime soon.
I miss everyone, hold down the town for me. But ya'll aren't holding the Sonics down. How can the people of Seattle let the Sonics leave? This makes no sense to me. Build them an arena. The Seahawks and the Mariners both got new stadiums. The Sonics want an arena and they deserve one. They better not go anywhere or I'm officially becoming a Lakers fan.
