Benazir Bhutto

Benazir Bhutto (That's her to the right, she was so beautiful) a proponent for Democracy in Pakistan was assassinated. It's crazy how the U.S. government promotes Democracy all over the world but refused to get involved in the protection of Bhutto. There were many attempts to assassinate Bhutto since she returned to Pakistan from exile. If this government wants to be the authority on Democracy she should have been protected. This is a blow for the fight for Human Rights in Pakistan and world wide. I'm at a loss for words. It seems that the good guys always die. The good guys only win in Hollywood. This world is in so much trouble.

Also why does it matter that "Pakistan is the only Islamic state with nuclear weapons." I don't get it. What does Pakistan being predominately Islamic have anything to do with nuclear weapons or Pakistan's likelihood of using their nuclear arsenal? The United States shouldn't be scared of the world the world should be scared of the United States. The United States is the only nation who have used Weapons of Mass Destruction (See Hiroshima and Nagasaki 1945). It boggles my mind that the U.S. acts like a bunch of bitches (bitches because it's the perfect word) when it comes to other nations holding WMD.

Rest In Peace Benazir Bhutto. We, the oppressed people of the world, have to stand. We have to fight. Benazir Bhutto's death is felt in the hearts of revolutionaries world wide. I hope someone rises soon in Pakistan to take her place, and the fight for Democracy and human rights doesn't die with her.
