Los Angeles is like Darfur.....

New York is like Darfur, Detroit is like Darfur, Chicago is like Darfur, D.C. is like Darfur.....Whole U.S. is like Darfur.


We're playing right into their hands. We're doing exactly what they want us to do. Kill or be killed? Who decided that? Who decided that fighting over Blue and Red is more important than fighting for Black?

The Crips and the Bloods are nothing but the Black communities' political parties. The Democrats and Republicans fight using words and legislation while the Crips and Bloods fight using violence and devastation. Kind of Jesse Jackson esque? All four groups are products of this American system and both wear the same colors; the Bloods/Republicans wear red while the Crips/Democrats wear blue. Colors that represent the flag of a system that is controlled by and for the benefit of a White race.

As optimistic as I am about the prospect of our people rising up and overcoming the ignorance that plagues our community, I'm sorry to say that, that prospect of optimism has turned into a bleak hope and grand despair. I'm torn just like the contradictory statement that proceeded this sentence. Genocide is prevalent and thriving and we're embracing it. I have to maintain hope. WE have to fight to abolish this ignorance and put an end to this Genocide because more destructive than any systemic racism, is the fact that we're killing ourselves and that's exactly how the system wants it. The system maneuvered us into the peril facing our community.

I speak in generalizations because those who are innocent are as guilty as the criminals. Whether you're in Baldwin Hills or Compton, Sugar Hill or Harlem, Sing Sing or the dinner table.

Realize who's benefiting from our suffering. It surely isn't the person standing behind the trigger. Realize that it's time to put an end to our suffering and it's within our power and rights to do so. No more begging.
