Appeasement

"Some seem to believe that we should negotiate with the terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along. We have heard this foolish delusion before. As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: 'Lord, if I could only have talked to Hitler, all this might have been avoided.' We have an obligation to call this what it is — the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history." - George W. Bush

We've all heard this statement from Bush and Obama's rebuttal and yadda yadda yadda. But let's connect Bush's statement to the social climate of the United States before World War II, after World War II, and even now.

This nation was screaming for appeasement (and got it) from our people back during the Civil Rights Movement. Blacks especially in the Jim Crow south were faced with death on a daily basis just because of their skin color. Black homes and towns were destroyed, churches bombed, thousands upon thousands of Blacks lynched and countless others murdered in cold blood. And what about today? Blacks here are still treated like second class citizens and are being exterminated or enslaves in the prison system at alarming rates from other White Supremacist organizations known as the Pigs! This nation is the biggest hypocrite. Like Malcolm X said "If violence is wrong here then it's wrong abroad." This government and some negroes like Martin Luther King Jr and James Farmer wanted to negotiate with these people who killed for no other reason than to terrorize a race of people they hated. They hated our race! The NAACP, Southern Christian Leadership Council, and now a-days the Action Network and all that shit have been basically appeasing Nazi leadership for decades. The gas ovens have been burning hot and we're still too ignorant and infatuated with this nation to know.

Constantly when Blacks would erupt and start fighting back JFK would ask for appeasement. Violence was only wrong when the Blacks started defending themselves it wasn't wrong for years when Blacks were being lynched. What if we would have went Iraq war on Whites? Set off bombs and shot down innocent people because of the actions of some terrorists. The KKK and Citizens Council aren't White supremacy groups their terrorists groups. Their job is to terrorize our people. Instead of appeasing them we should have been destroying them! I agree with Bush you can't rationalize with a "terrorists" more than you can rationalize with a KKK member. They hate you no matter what. This mutha fucka is going to blow himself up no matter. How the fuck do you talk to someone willing to die for their cause? Same for the Ku Klux Fucks they're going to lynch you no matter what. They're going to take you into the woods and blow your head off with a shotgun no matter. They're going to tie a rope around your neck and drag you from a truch for miles until your body is like silly putty. Our fear along with this accepted and glorified method of Black appeasement for the government who seem to be KKK sympathizers (because most of the politicians were in some White Supremacist organization) and even the KKK itself has kept us like the people of Palestine. With no real land and victims of a genocide the world refuses to recognize. Our people weren't and aren't willing to die for our freedom and now we're still in bondage and forced to appease the Pigs when they shoot one of our brothers 50 times in cold blood.

We're still enamored by this policy of appeasement. Something this nation knows nothing about and while we're on our knees begging for mercy we're being slaughtered!

Appeasement is exactly how this system solved their negro problem and Blacks were and still are faced with dangers placed upon them forcefully by a system of exploitation. Appeasement no longer is the answer or should even be an option. We gotta speak their language as Malcolm said. The language of this nation is the language of violence. They're not going to listen to our plight if we're just going to sit here and let them beat us down. They can't understand us. They don't speak a non-violent language as Bush proved in the above statement. They only understand the language of violence and until we start speaking their language the system can't and won't comprehend or acknowledge our existence and freedom will still be that dream MLK spoke so eloquently about.
