Gil Scott-Heron - Pieces of a Man

I tend to be a petulant sullener in bleak intervals of my life. Recent events made me think of this song, envisioning many pieces of myself broadcast across the floor. Not as if I exploded but as if I shattered like a 6'4" mirror staring at itself. This song is fucking incredible! "Pieces of a Man" was nicely sampled by KMD in the proceeding song "What a Nigga know?" hmmmmm.... both works seem apt at this point in space.
