We are entropy at equilibrium

Look at what we're doing

Destroying the universe

Hot and cold merging as equals that warm the earth

That warms the earth and boils the fish and freezes the birds 

Where the pacific islands are assaulted by blizzards and the Arctic is desert

An equillibrium that absolves and allows heat to dissipate and dissolve 

Where cold warms and flourishes

This is all I know about the universe

I can burn when freezing and I melt when my teeth chatter

Eroding molars

Until I am gumming at meaning and how it means 

With no teeth everything means the same 

Cut out my tongue and my thoughts mean the same

Although distorted

Throwing up what couldn't be ate

Regurgitating thought 

Repeating what I said and forgiving what we'd do

Praying to myself amiss of what we did

Faithful that I'll answer
