I See the Light Hiding

Light is the universe's greatest anomaly
It should be yearned for
Because it is rare
Light brings life and uncovers the bare
Danger is no where around when light is near
The preponderance of darkness
Its likelihood rules existence
When I blink
I only fear never opening my eyelids again
And enjoying when they don't
