Magic is fake. Abracadabra!

I was walking through the Farmer's Market in Downtown Los Angeles early on in the pandemic. There was only one way in and one way out. We passed by various hipster produced goods, which is not a judgement, rather an apt assumption, you can simply tell that every booth was some bougie hipster hobbyist made product. Nothing wrong with that. As we were exiting, I perused the very last booth. A sorceress was selling her wares, nothing but crystals, stones, sage, incense and other goodies for witchcraft rituals. Then it dawned (I was illuminated) on me. Witchcraft is out in the wide open. This is a society full of witches. "Don't forget your witches' dalliances!" I thought to myself. LOL!

Magic is Fake. Abracadabra!

Cast a spell
Incantations abound they flourish
The cauldron is hot
Mix, stir and pour
Take the clay, mold forge
Sorcery will make it true
Candles, incense, and sage
Jupiter's savior positioned
Meditate, pray, and conjure
Chant the hex
Repeat the mantra
Ensured bewitchment and enchantment
A charming hymn

From the séance saved
The melodic intonations deafly heard
The potion impotent
The ritual frivolous
All fires extinguished
Saturn's fate shattered
Idols disintegrated
No longer spellbound
Or bound by divination
Or by the coven
Or by the hoax
