Moving Over to Bad Thoughts Publishing's Official Website

Chief's thirty-sixth thought of the day.

I will not be posting anymore Chief Thoughts or any other content created for the Bad Thoughts Publishing Company's YouTube Channel here. Everything I create for the YouTube Channel will be posted on my company's Official Website. I need to start driving more people to our website because ultimately I am a writer, who wants to sell books and I cannot keep that site barren of content. I'm just so used to posting everything on this blog. I've had it since 2007 and it's just natural for me to express myself here. 

I'm still going to post on here. Most often photography, and maybe behind-the-scenes material, maybe some essays and of course poetry but I think that is where I've been going wrong. I have not been guiding people to my company's official website. 

As you can tell I am not very good at marketing myself or my art or maybe I am and people deplore both but I have to try something new. I have to evolve especially in these times where it is more imperative than ever that black people find new revenue streams so that we can live as autonomous beings in a society that is being run by absolute authoritarians (as if that hasn't always been the case). Although I believe all of the people of this nation are under their thumb our people are going to be targeted for the most authoritarian measures (again, as always). 

It's mainly about building my company, building the brand that I have been laboring over for almost a decade. I know that this takes time and I am very patient with myself but I cannot be stagnant and hard-headed, too stuck in my ways to see that I need to make changes. But it isn't like this site doesn't get much traffic. I can see the clicks and views and some of my posts have over a hundred views. That is no small feat to me because I typically only market on FuckBook, Instadamned, and nowhere else. 

This is the journey for a lifetime. I may not ever see the numbers I want, but I have to trust in my talent and my ability. At the behest of the Most-High, I know he endowed me with my intelligence, comprehension, and knack for writing, I will continue to build a burgeoning empire. He knew I would be a scribe working in his power. He put me on the journey to gain that understanding and I praise him for allowing me to live to gain that blessed acumen. 

I am not a holy roller or some newfound acolyte (I am) of the Most-High who thinks he can transcribe the scriptures and has some elucidated apperception that will draw in all the heathens and derelicts to the loving arms of the Most-High and his Son, they will just have (as if they already didn't) a massive influence on my thought-processes. 

My next novel, as crass as it may be, will display that journey and the travails and triumphs that led me to the greatest knowledge I could ever gain. As I say in the above Chief Thoughts video I will also be posting way more scripted content that will display in other artforms my knack for writing, historical, and societal perspectives, along with my inane meanderings of course. I will also be posting on other video hosting websites or straight to the Blog on badthoughtspublishing.com.
